Health Resolutions 2014 ! Anyone?
It’s that time of the year again!
you listed down your New Year resolutions? Many of us get tired
of making resolutions
altogether. Reason being, we were usually unable to live up to
what we mentioned in our resolution list. Well, for those who
made a list last year, take a good look at it now and ask
yourself: How many points have you achieved so far for the
thing about making resolutions for yourself is that you want to
achieve it by the end of the year, isn’t it? People usually put
very high hopes and high expectations on themselves, and hence
tend to make some resolutions that are sometimes considered not
realistic and impossible. Our advice to you is to make
reasonable goals that are achievable and always have an action
plan for your resolutions.

Health is the greatest wealth we could ever get on earth.

track and maintain a healthy lifestyle, don’t you?

Wake up early
understand that most of you will have to wake up early during
the weekdays for work or school but prefer to sleep longer

definite failed approach to weight loss. On the other hand, some
of you skip breakfast due to lack of time as you’re rushing for
work or school. Practice waking up early and you will have time
to have a good breakfast. If you’re too lazy to prepare
breakfast or there’s no one who can do it for you, have a power
consuming plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables and juices, it
helps to refresh your body and increase your energy for a good
start of the day.

8 glasses of water daily
common knowledge that we need to drink 8 glasses of water every
day. But have you been doing it? The accurate amount of water
you need to take should be eight to ten 8-ounce glasses of water
